Gazaway, James H.- 3d Corporal September 26, 1861. Appointed 2d Sergeant May 14, 1863. Captured at Gettysburg, Pa. July 1, 1863. Paroled at Point Lookout, Md. for exchange October 11, 1864. Received at Boulware & Cox's Wharves, James River, Va., October 15, 1864. Admitted to Jackson Hospital at Richmond, Va. October 16, 1864, and furloughed for 60 days November 6, 1864. No later record. (Born in Ga. in 1840.)
